Tsunami Aid: A Concert of Hope (click here)

John Mayer, Nelly,Stevie Wonder, Mary J Blige,Lenny Kravitz and Diana Ross will be joining in the concert performances on Saturday, January 15, 2005, which is ironically, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s actual date of birth. The holiday is being celebrated on Monday, January 17, this year.
Elton John, Sarah McLachlan and Madonna are appearing as well.

I'm glad there's a broad representation of artists. Everyone is in good company. For further info, click on the link above. Make sure you tune in. Also stay tuned to Heavieroctaves radio for upcoming developments on the local community level and for just plain listening pleasure.

On a closing note, its always good to see people coming together cooperatively to do some good in this world. Hopefully, in the future it won't take such a disaster to get "the people" on one accord. As Bob Marley so eloquently put it...One Love, One heart...let's get together and be alright.

Peace,

Cynthia
