To date, the move towards progress in New Orleans continues at a snail's pace even for real estate mogul Donald Trump, who has a $400 Million Dollar High Rise project currently at stake and in parked status in New Orleans. This scenario ostensibly begs the question,"What seems to be the hold up?"
