John Mayer Performs at Z100's Annual Jingle Ball Benefiting Food Bank For New York City; From the Archives "Crossroads"Performance With Eric Clapton in Bryant Park-NYC;Free Download of Live Version of Battle Studies "Crossroads" Music Hall of Williamsburg

John Mayer performed at the Z100 Jingle Ball last Friday evening,a popular annual holiday event put on by the New York radio station to raise money for charities. This year's selected organization to receive proceeds from the concert was the Food Bank For New York City.

Food Bank For New York City works to end hunger and increase access to affordable, nutritious food for low-income New Yorkers through a comprehensive group of programs that combat hunger and its causes. 

It's programs include:

Community Kitchen & Food Pantry of West Harlem


















John performed several songs from his new release Battle Studies,including Heartbreak Warfare,  Half of my Heart (with Taylor Swift),Who Says and the classic blues tune Crossroads which he has performed in the past with the legendary Eric Clapton(See Archive Video below). He also included  Waiting on the World to Change and Say in the set.

Other artists performing included Usher with Justin Bieber,the new teen heart throb,Taylor Swift who sang "Half of My Heart" duet with John Mayer,past American Idol sensation, Jordin Sparks, Boys Like Girls,...
